Kai made a splash for Virgin River fans when he debuted as Denny in episode 10 of season 3, looking for Doc. The news broke last week about Kai being upgraded to a series regular for the next season which means we could potentially get a lot more content from the main man while on set! You can read the full exclusive news about Kai’s new role below or the full article over at Deadline, who originally broke the good news!
Mark Ghanimé (Helix) and Kai Bradbury (Motherland: Fort Salem) have joined the Season 4 cast of Netflix’s hit romance drama Virgin River as series regulars, opposite Alexandra Breckinridge, Martin Henderson and Tim Matheson.
Bradbury will portray Denny Cutler, Doc’s (Matheson) long-lost grandson. He shows up in Virgin River to forge a connection with the grandfather he just recently learned about. But Denny comes bearing a dark secret.
Bradbury was the series lead in CBC/CW series Warigami. His other recent credits include a heavily recurring role on Motherland: Fort Salem, and appearances on Netflix’s Altered Carbon, CW’s Supernatural and Amazon’s The Boys as well as films for Lifetime. Bradbury is repped by Innovative Artists, Premiere Talent Management and Gilbertson Entertainment.
Kai has returned to our screens as part of the Canadian drama, Family Law. He first appeared in Episode 7, Three’s Company as Bailey Jacobs, a sexual unicorn for a married couple where he harbored feelings for Gavin, whom he met at a gay bar. You can read more about the show and a little background on his character on our Family Law career page!
Kai was announced as joining the cast of Season 3 of Virgin River as Denny; other details of his role and how many episodes he will be in will come as the season gets closer. They have posted a screenshot of Kai as Denny on their instagram page officially welcoming Denny to Virgin River.
Global TV finally has given us a little bit of breadcrumbs about it’s newest series, Family Law, by a small teaser posted to Instagram on May 7th. It’s just cited as “Coming Soon” with no airdate announced but we have hopes it will release within in the next couple of months! Kai is currently listed as being in one episode on IMDb but we will have to wait and see if he appears in more when the show starts airing.
We are getting closer to the second season of the hit series Motherland: Fort Salem where Kai will be featured as Gerit Buttonwood, hopefully in a bigger capacity than in season one. While the press release doesn’t mention Kai (or any of the boys to be exact), we hope for a bigger role for Gerit and to finally see his powers.

Second Season of the Witch Drama Premieres Summer 2021
In the anticipated second season of “MOTHERLAND: FORT SALEM,” premiering summer 2021, Raelle, Tally and Abigail confront higher stakes, dangerous magic and a new threat from an ancient group of witch-hunters, the Camarilla. In the first season, we saw our trio of young witches follow in the footsteps of their foremothers, defending the nation from The Spree as part of the United States Army. Their training is intensified when they are promoted to attend War College, where their magic, relationships and beliefs will be pushed to the limits. While General Alder seeks out new witches to join the wars to come, The Spree and the Army learn their fight may no longer be with one another. But how can two enemies work together to thwart a hatred that won’t stop until all witches are exterminated? “Motherland: Fort Salem” stars Taylor Hickson, Jessica Sutton, Ashley Nicole Williams, Amalia Holm, Demetria McKinney and Lyne Renee. It is written and created by Eliot Laurence. With Laurence, Will Ferrell, Adam McKay and Kevin Messick are executive producers. Amanda Tapping, Erin Maher, Kay Reindl and Bryan Q. Miller will also serve as executive producers on the series.
Welcome to the newly revamped Kai Bradbury Central, where we have just updated the site with a brand new theme, Creating Art [V2] made by the amazing Gemma over at Gratrix Designs. Of course with the new theme, we have a TON of new content and updates to go along with the beautiful new theme which I’ve listed all the changes below!
Of course with the new theme, I figured it was time to redo all the pages to make the site look completely new as we celebrate being online for 6 months already, with doing nothing but supporting Kai, who has been supportive of us since the very first day!
Multimedia: was tweaked slightly to look more organized, although it virtually remained unchanged.
Online: reorganized completely and added several new pages, updated the old pages and cleaned it up overall.
Career: With Kai’s career growing with each new month that passes, we re-organized the page completely instead of having everything on one page it now shows a more in-depth look and each career page (with all the info on it) was updated to be even more in-depth.
Kai Bradbury: Complete overhaul done on the page, added a longer biography (including career highlights), updated the facts, added more statistics, added even more pages (information/support) which dives deeper into information on Kai and the many ways you can support him.
Press Archive: *NEW CONTENT ALL TOGETHER* The press archive will continuously be worked on but it will hold all of Kai’s interviews (video/magazine/online articles, etc) in one place from the start of his career to now.
This just highlights other minor changes, that doesn’t affect anything overall.
Kai recently talked with twins, Carrie and Ginny a couple days ago and we have finally been able to get around to being able to post about the podcast! If you would like to view other Twin Talk with Carrie and Ginny episodes, then you can click here while listening to Kai’s full episode below!
Freeform has just announced that Motherland: Fort Salem will be back for a season two!!! This is great news as it will give us a chance to further see development for Kai’s character, Gerit.
